Notice on the Transfer of ContiTech Blanket Distribution to Gadelius

Gadelius Industry K.K. has long provided a wide range of products for various applications in the offset printing market through its longstanding partnership with the Continental Group, the manufacturer of the Vulcan printing blanket.

It has recently been announced that ContiTech Industrial Solutions Japan Co. Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ContiTech"), a company belonging to the ContiTech sector of the Continental Group, will close its printing solutions operations in Atsugi, Kanagawa Prefecture, as of February 28, 2026, in line with its intention to concentrate its business activities on core operations.

In connection with this development, we would like to inform you that Gadelius Industry will take over the distribution of ContiTech's offset printing blankets in the Japanese market beginning in early 2026.

Orders placed up to February 28, 2026, the date of ContiTech's closure, will continue to be handled by ContiTech as before. Thereafter, Gadelius Industry will provide seamless service to customers.

By adding the offset printing blanket products to be transferred from ContiTech to the Vulcan brand that Gadelius Industry has supplied for many years on behalf of the Continental Group, we will be able to offer a more diverse product lineup.
