Eatgood Sweden AB has its headquarter, R&D as well as production in Borås, Sweden. They develop technologies and products, enabling healthier ways of cooking of traditionally food fried in oil, and much more. Lightfry can not only replicate frying in oil but can also steam cook, grill, roast and dry products to perfection. When replicating frying in oil we do recommend primarily frozen food. For steam cook, grill, roast and to dry products also fresh products performs in a great way regarding texture, color and flavor.
STEAM
The steam phase is the phase during which the food product is thoroughly cooked.
HOT AIR
Hot and dry air gives the food its crispness and crunchy surface.
MOTION
The rotating basket ensures high uniform quality of crispness, colour and consistency.
